HAVER INTEGRA® - fully automated packing system

The HAVER INTEGRA® is a fully automatic packing system for filling loose, bulk products into 5 to 50-kg valve-bags. With this packing machine, the automatic valve-bag applicator, filling system, valve sealing unit, control system, operating unit and discharge belt are all enclosed inside a dust-tight housing. Therefore, the machine requires much less space. The completely pre-assembled and tested filling unit only needs to be hooked up to your product and energy supply lines.

Depending on the speed requirements, you'll receive a HAVER INTEGRA® with 1 to 4 filling spouts. Bag handling is fully automatic. Speeds of up to 700 bags/hr can be reached. Switching over to other weights or product types is possible without trouble.

We'll select the appropriate filling system to suit your product: air, turbine or pump. The filling unit is also matched to suit the product. We also gladly deliver the INTEGRA® packing system in stainless steel.
