The Solution

The vertical Haver Hydro-Clean™ washing unit uses high-pressure nozzles, rotating at 90 rpm, to spray material with pressures up to 2,900 psi (200 bars). It washes and produces 50 to 400 TPH of saleable material, depending on the model size and application, while using up to 75% less water than traditional log washers and screws.

With more than 50 units operating today throughout the world and cleaning a wide range of materials, the Hydro-Clean has proven its ability to deliver product that now meets specifications.
