HAVER & BOECKER Australia to showcase new ROTO-LOCK dosing technology at AUSPACK 2019

HAVER & BOECKER Australia, a supplier of high performance processing and packing solutions for the cement, building materials, chemicals, food and animal feed industries, will showcase its new Roto-Lock dosing technology for the filling of valve bags at AUSPACK 2019.

The Roto-Lock’s perfect, maintenance-free dosing, clean filling process and longer lasting components means higher production yields and greater profits due to reduced product loss and downtime. Less cleaning and spare parts also reduce costs.

The system does not require any adjustments or readjustments to the dosing unit once installed, and creates a completely closed filling channel.

The Roto-Lock dosing unit is standard with all new ROTO-PACKER®, INTEGRA® and ELEMENTRA® packing machines for the packing of dry, bulk materials such as cement, and can be retrofitted to existing equipment.

The Roto-lock will be on display at AUSPACK as part of the ELEMENTRA EVT-1 Seal Edition packing machine.

HAVER & BOECKER, which provides technology solutions from loading and storage to packing and dispatch, will also showcase its R-CLASS Reject Screen and its filling machine ELEMENTRA Type 14.
