Haver Australia offers free inspections on W.S. Tyler screen equipment

Haver Australia, a subsidiary of leading German mineral processing technology developer, Haver Group, is offering free inspections to operators of its W.S. Tyler (or C-E Tyler) ‘Ty-Rock’, ‘Ty-Rocket’ or ‘H-Class (Hummer)’ screens to ensure equipment is delivering maximum productivity.

The free service is an on-site, comprehensive consultation that includes inspection of the vibrating screen, shaft assembly and body, as well as the mounting system, drive and screen media. During the inspection, a certified Haver technician will inventory components and develop a customised plan for parts that require further measuring or inspection.

As part of the service, Haver will also provide a free Pro-Deck consultation. Pro-Deck is an approach used to optimise the vibrating screen by applying the most effective screen media to each phase of screening. The customised solutions, which blend screen media types on the same deck, ensure the longest product life and reduce downtime, while maximising profit.

Haver Australia General Manager Gabriela Emanuele said: “Maximising productivity and efficiency is critical for miners in the current market. We want to ensure that companies using our equipment continue to benefit from optimal product performance in their processing operations. Our free inspection service aims to identify these companies and provide access to OEM expertise and quality parts to guarantee maximum productivity and efficiency.”

“Using our technicians and parts guarantees that upgrades are performed to Haver & Tyler standards and that the parts are compatible with existing machines.”

“Our German-based engineering team is constantly working on ensuring improvements to the design of spare parts are completed in line with the clients’ requirements and changing conditions of the market. Only original Haver & Tyler OEM parts can offer product improvements that are directly compatible with Haver & Tyler machines.”

“Our mandate is to work closely with clients to develop tailored processing solutions and services focused on improving profits while meeting budgets.”
